You should find a Vista patch that goes over your old executable and my Tribes works perfectly.

Go and download the Crysis demo. If you can play that, then you're good to go. I believe it only requires 2gb memory, a top of the line video card ($300 minimum), 6gb of hard drive space, and a nice sound card. Other than that, you're good to go. I have begun to migrate over to the Crysis game engine at the moment, mainly because it blows torque out of the water. We'll see!
